Beschrijving

Deze was met een hoog smeltpunt staat bekend om zijn duurzaamheid, flexibiliteit en weerstand tegen hoge temperaturen, waardoor het geschikt is voor toepassingen die structurele integriteit en thermische stabiliteit vereisen.

Behoudt een vaste en stabiele vorm bij verhoogde hitte, wat prestaties in veeleisende omstandigheden garandeert. De soepele, consistente stroom bij het smelten maakt eenvoudig mengen met oliën, harsen en andere wassen mogelijk. Biedt een stevige maar kneedbare textuur die geschikt is voor coatings, lijmen, cosmetica, industriële verbindingen en kaarsformuleringen. De fijne kristallijne structuur verbetert hechtingseigenschappen, flexibiliteit, hechting en waterbestendigheid in verschillende formuleringen en productieprocessen.

Instructies

  • Verwarm de was langzaam met een dubbele boiler tot deze volledig gesmolten is (ongeveer 85–95 °C). 
  • Vermijd directe vlam om oververhitting te voorkomen. 
  • Roer voorzichtig voor een gladde, uniforme consistentie. 
  • Meng met oliën, harsen of andere wassen indien nodig. 
  • Giet of breng aan terwijl het warm is. 
  • Laat afkoelen en stollen bij kamertemperatuur. 
  • Gebruik geschikte hittebestendige gereedschappen en hanteer ze voorzichtig om brandwonden te voorkomen.
